Rates & Booking

Number Four is a holiday home apartment in Raglan, Waikato, New Zealand that accommodates up to three people.

BONUS DEALS

  • Stay for four nights and only pay for three nights

  • Stay for seven nights and only pay for four nights

  • Multi Week: Two or more weeks by negotiation

Bonus Deals do apply for Christmas-New Year period, long weekends and public holidays

Our minimum booking period is normally two nights and rates for two night bookings are shown on the booking calendar below.

Single night bookings often available for $139 a night in offpeak periods or $159 at other times.

  • WEEKLY RATES
    One Week: From off-peak $436 to peak $636
    Multi Week: Two or more weeks by negotiation
  • Summer 2011/2012 peak rate is $159 per night for up to two people with a minimum of two nights,
  • Off-peak is $99 to $119 per night for up to two people with a minimum of three nights,
  • There is a single bed for an extra guest or child in the bedroom, charged at an additional $25 per night.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods & Services Tax. Payment may be made by direct credit into our bank account.

There is no bond. To confirm reservations, the deposit is $100 with the balance payable prior to or on arrival. If a reservation is cancelled, three weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations received within the three week period will result in forfeit of the deposit.
